On June 19, 2020, our law firm filed a class action case against Helbiz Inc., Salvatore Palella, and others for their conduct towards the investors in Helbiz Coin (“HBZ”). We have posted a copy of the Complaint here.

We believe that the investors have been lied to and badly wronged and we have been fighting and plan to continue fighting to get justice for you.

You may also know that the website has posted an offer to exchange HBZ for Ethereum (ETH) worth approximately only one one-hundredth of a penny, $.00001. That website also states that the HBZ smart contract will be destroyed after the swap is closed. As you can see in the Complaint, we allege that this is unfair arm twisting designed to leave you no choice but to sell at the very low price.

We believe that the Helbiz Coin exchange offer is far too low and that we can do much better for investors through the lawsuit and that is why we are pursuing it. The lawsuit is seeking damages for investors in HBZ coins and a court-ordered injunction to prevent destruction of the HBZ smart contract. Our purpose is to ensure that you are not extorted by the website into selling your coins for a pitance.
