NASDAQ involvement in Helbiz fraud

NASDAQ, till the beginning, backed Helbiz. In 2018, a few weeks before Helbiz started ICO, NASDAQ interviewed Salvatore Palella about Helbiz ICO, Helbiz crypto-currency, and promote this interview through their site. *original post was deleted by NASDAQ

Mr. Palella boasted on Twitter about that to promote ICO and Helbiz coin. post, and screen , *original post was deleted by Helbiz team

During the 2018 year, Helbiz sold all crypto-currency tokens called Helbiz coin in the open market. In year 2018 Helbiz team launched the Helbiz project, opened an office in New York.

And in the begging of the 2019 year Helbiz team visit NASDAQ
At the same time, Helbiz coin price fell 300 times from ICO.
One month later, Helbiz announced a dual IPO on NASDAQ and Borsa Italia

During 2019, Helbiz visited NASDAQ, and NASDAQ congratulated Palella on the son's birthday on the NASDAQ screen. It points to close ties between Helbiz and NASDAQ.
Thanks to NASDAQ and IPO announcement, next month, in March 2019, Helbiz raised $15m in convertible notes.

For that time, Helbiz already had cut connections to ICO and started to call it "that was our HBZ partner".

In 2020, Nasdaq helped to do the roadshow for Helbiz, invite investors, and announce Helbiz and Miami FC's partnership.

All of this is real because Helbiz use Helbiz Inc. legal entity for IPO, and at the same time money, that were spend to built Helbiz, were raised by ICO to other legal entity. It looks like, Helbiz faked some documents to had done due diligence.

So, here we go:

1. It looks like NASDAQ supports Helbiz from the ICO time

2. It looks like NASDAQ has close ties with Helbiz, to show Palella's son on the NASDAQ screen

3. It looks like NASDAQ allowed Helbiz to do an IPO, knowing that Helbiz already had ICO

4. It looks like NASDAQ allowed Helbiz to do an IPO, knowing that Helbiz had deceived and ignored Helbiz coin holders

How is it possible?
Probably, because of Palella's friendship with Jordan Saxe - Senior Managing Director of NASDAQ.
Jordan has been working in NASDAQ for 16 years, and probably helped his friends.
